CHECK-IN

Prep/Int Specific Instructions

General Member Check In Procedures:

1) Members must arrive at their assigned time (see below), completely ready to perform so as to be photo and video ready during tech!

2) Preparatory / Intermediate members enter through the main lobby doors. Do not enter through the backstage doors or any other entrances.

3) All members will proceed through the following check in inspections.
a. Costume
b. Hair Style
c. Lunch / all food (peanut, tree nut & coconut free)

4) Parent/guardian must stay with child(ren) until they have completed and passed their check in inspection.

5) Once members have completed the above inspections they will proceed to a sign in table, sign in, and be escorted backstage.

Please note: Members that do not pass check in inspection, will not be permitted to perform and will be released to their parent/guardian.

ARRIVAL TIMES AND MEMBER SCHEDULE:

Load in & stage set up: 10:45am - 12:30pm

VOR
10:45am: Backstage Check In
11:00 - 11:30am: VOR Lobby rehearsal

CREAVO & Soloists
10:45am: Backstage Check In
11:30am: CREAVO & Soloists Lobby rehearsal

11:30am: Backstage Check In

Stage tech for all CC level performers
12:30pm - 3:30pm: On stage

Prep / Int Level
12:30pm: Check in through main lobby doors

ALL MEMBER BREAK
3:30pm - 4:00pm

PERFORMANCE
4:00pm - 5:45pm

CLEAN UP
5:45 - 6:30pm: VOR + CREAVO, must sign out with director before they will be permitted to leave
