As children grow into the program, there are definitely techniques to learning how to drill music. It starts with taking small phrases....phrase by phrase.....and drilling like you would math problems....over and over 10-20 times each day adding on a new drill phrases daily. Let's call it "DRILL FUN!" The reason I say "drill fun" is because the kids who learn how to love and think "fun" for drilling will have a life skill of loving that for everything they learn in their future. Solo Auditions are always the 3rd Tuesday in March (Spring) and the 3rd Tuesday in October (Fall). Auditions are optional for CCI and mandatory for CCII and Creavo. Prepare 30 seconds of an a cappella song of choice (does not have to be a VOENA song).
