11:00am - Sound check
11:30am - Lunch ready for choir
12:00pm - Guest arrivals
1:30pm - Guests finish first course
1:45pm - Choir performs 3 songs:
Christmas Canon, O Holy Night, Il Est Ne
2:30pm - dessert served
2:40pm - Choir performs final 2 songs:
Gloria/Silent Night, Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas
3:00pm - Departure

Set Break Down:
1st set:
- Christmas Canon (carol through ladies during intro section on the way to the stage)
- Il Est Ne
- O Holy Night (need soloist for verse 1 then we sing a double chorus)

2nd set:
- Gloria/Silent Night
- Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas (use counter melodies only at the end, then walk through ladies singing, “have Yourself a merry Christmas”, get behind ladies and sing,...”and a happy new year”
